Refund Policy
When a consumer purchases a product, he or she has the option to return the order within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day after the consumer or the representative previously designated by the consumer and the company has received the product.
During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and the packaging with care. The consumer may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether he wants to keep the product. If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, he must return the product with all accessories and, as far as reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging to the trader, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the trader.
If the consumer wishes to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, he/she must inform the company within 30 days of receiving the product. The consumer must do this in writing or by e-mail. Once the consumer has notified that he/she wishes to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, he/she must return the product within 30 days. The consumer must prove that he/she has returned the delivered product on time, e.g. by means of a postal receipt with a tracking number.
You have received the wrong item.
We are all human, right? Even though we double check everything, it is possible that we have sent you the wrong item. If this applies to you, please send a photo of the incorrect item to info@gazonpack.nl and we will check it for you and help you further.
You have received a damaged/defective item.
Although quality is our top priority, it is possible that a damaged item is shipped by mistake or that the item is damaged during transit. In such cases, you do not need to return the product. Simply send us an email (info@gazonpack.nl) with your order number and attach a clear photo of the damaged product. If we can see from the photo that the product is damaged, we will send you a new product 100% free of charge as soon as possible.

Exchanges and returns are excluded if:
- The product has been used, or damaged.
- The product(s) are defective in their original condition and not suitable for resale, unless the defect is our fault.
- The product(s) are no longer in their original packaging.
If you wish to return the product, the shipping costs are at your expense. The shipping costs for the return are not refundable.
